They are these adorable, trendy eye glass chains. Everyone wants their shades to be the coolest and with these, there is just no denying you'll be the flyest on the block. Each of them are handmade, no two alike. <--which means you'll own a piece of art as well.

And for all you Greenies out there, you should know they use recycled materials and are made locally in Miami. They are sure to blow up.

In case you missed it...

a lovely time was had by all at the 9.11.10 art walk. Lots of laughs, drinks, beautiful people...oh ya, and some awesome art. I visited the Inner Artist at Plant the Future and GAB Gallery. And, if you didn't make it to the Spinello Gallery like I warned, tsk tsk, it was riviting. Check it...here.

While enjoying my Art Walk in Wynwood I suddenly got hungry for something...deliciously, raw. <-shameless plug.

SO, I stopped and had a bite at Joey's in Wynwood.

It was a delightful, cozy restaurant located on 25th and NW 2nd Ave. They are formally, "Joey's, A Modern Italian Cafe." I enjoyed the Salmon and Lentils, Caprese Salad, and a lovely Italian sweet white wine who my very polite and helpful waitress suggested. I recommend.

Visit Joeys.

Now this is a big deal. This is an international show exhibiting over 100 artists from 18 countries. So if your looking for culture...look no further. This exhibit is honoring Mexico's Bicentennial of its Independence from Spain in 1810. 

The show is a collaboration of Bakehouse Art Complex, Latin American Art Consulting and will be inaugurated by the Mexican Ambassador, Juan Miguel Gutierrez Tinico. This will be history, culture, art and...open bar and free parking! Be there and be fly.
